Returns for products that do not match the description or are defective can be requested within 7 working days of delivery.
Products must be returned undamaged, unopened, and include all original packaging and documentation.
Refunds or replacements are processed after inspection and confirmation.
Custom or used products cannot be returned.
8. Warranty
Warranty applies only to products with explicit warranty information on the product page.
Warranty claims must be processed through click@keyphantom.store.
Keyphantom.store acts as a facilitator and sends the product to the distributor/vendor; we are not directly responsible for repair/replacement.
Warranty is void if the product is physically damaged, misused, or incorrectly installed.
Warranty process typically takes up to 20 working days.
9. Monitor Warranty Terms
Monitors are covered under the dead pixel policy of the respective brand/distributor.
Warranty will not cover pixels below the minimum threshold.
10. Shipping Risk & Damages
Minor damage during shipping may not qualify for replacement.
For brand-new sealed items, an unboxing video is required to claim damages out of the box.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs to the distributor/vendor for warranty claims.
