8. Warranty

• Keyphantom.store acts as a facilitator and sends the product to the distributor/vendor; we are not directly responsible for repair/replacement.

• Warranty is void if the product is physically damaged, misused, or incorrectly installed.

• Warranty process typically takes up to 20 working days.

9. Monitor Warranty Terms

• Monitors are covered under the dead pixel policy of the respective brand/distributor.

• Warranty will not cover pixels below the minimum threshold.

10. Shipping Risk & Damages

• Minor damage during shipping may not qualify for replacement.

• For brand-new sealed items, an unboxing video is required to claim damages out of the box.

• Customers are responsible for shipping costs to the distributor/vendor for warranty claims.
