  2. The video must be unedited and clear to verify your claim.

  3. Send the video along with your order number and issue description to click@keyphantom.store.

2. Eligibility

You can request a return if:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or faulty.

  • The product does not match the description on our website.

  • You received the wrong product.

Note: Products must be:

  • Returned in their original packaging

  • Accompanied by all accessories, manuals, and invoices

  • Unused and undamaged by the customer

4. Shipping Returns

6. Non-Eligible Items
  • Products without warranty or those physically damaged by the customer.

  • Used, tampered, or customized products.

  • Products without a proper unboxing video.
