When you receive your order, record a raw unboxing video showing:
The parcel as it arrives
The product inside the box
Any visible damages or discrepancies
The video must be unedited and clear to verify your claim.

2. Eligibility
You can request a return if:
The product is defective, damaged, or faulty.
The product does not match the description on our website.
You received the wrong product.
Note: Products must be:
Returned in their original packaging
Accompanied by all accessories, manuals, and invoices
Unused and undamaged by the customer
3. Return Request Timeline
Submit your return request within 7 working days of receiving the product.

4. Shipping Returns
